Helping You Move Forward

"In my late 20's my body, mind and spirit told me loudly something was not right. I had physical symptoms of stress, I could not focus or concentrate and was unhappy, although on paper everything seemed to be ok. I  looked for answers as to why this was happening and most importantly how could I feel better. I was tired of living in stress mode. Energy healing, yoga, meditation and digging into my subconscious mind helped me on my journey in a big way, it changed my life.  I began to let go of the autopilot life and began to live in the present. I became conscious of the choices I was making for myself and began to make changes so my choices would match my true desires.  I released stories I created that were impeding me from success.  I was able to manage my depression, anxiety, and stress.  I connected with my body, my thoughts, and began to see my life transform.

This is why I decided to teach and guide others on their journey to feel better. Because this is not taught in school or by most parents.  Energy healing, meditation and the power of the subconscious mind, can help find happiness and wellbeing.

She is a Certified Realm Reader and a Certified Angel Card Reader by Doreen Virtue.   She is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and she is certified by Dr. Brian Weiss and the Weiss Institute to practice Past Life Regression Therapy.  She is a Certified Professional Coach from iPEC and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
